Mike is right, and to add on there are SO MANY FAR and DFAR clauses that, if enforced to the letter would functionally excise Musk’s influence from the national security elements of his businesses.
the actual realistic answer is rigorous NISPOM and DFARS clause 252.226-7003 enforcement
the non-national security stuff is a political problem of dealing with a notional trillionaire generally, but the DoD stuff is pretty straightforward

Creating an "AI" avatar of your dead loved one w/o their input or consent, & saying that it counts "the same" as the dead loved one— ESPECIALLY as evidence in a MURDER TRIAL— is both a massive misunderstanding of what "AI" is & how it works, & a hugely dehumanizing insult to said dearly departed.
A man convicted of manslaughter in Arizona will be resentenced because an AI-generated video of his victim speaking from beyond the grave was ruled to have carried “undue emotional weight” as an impact statement.

We are reaching the point where authors contracting with trad pubs are going to need to demand "no genAI for any purpose" clauses in their contracts with specific, heavy penalties for violations.
I would be EXTREMELY annoyed to discover my PR is "AI"-generated, and as someone bombarded with dozens of "AI"-generated emails daily, I assure you the stink of "AI" is immediately noticable and immediately dismissible. Publishers are not doing their new books any favors in using it.
