Here is a first look at the kaizen foam cutting with the foam bit from Amana tools. The cuts on this are so much cleaner than what I got out of a regular 1/4" spiral downcutting but.

When carving foam, make sure you test all of your tools in the cut outs before you take it off of the CNC bed, just in case you need to lower one of the pockets.

I just got a new CNC bit for cutting kaizen foam and I’m getting ready to make a test cut.

I am using Vectric VCarve Pro to set up the cuts and export the gcode to the CNC.
