A doctor is helping to design a modern health-care clinic in rural New Brunswick, and a new pay model is expected to attract the professionals needed to work there.

The province said it would establish and strengthen support for at least 10 collaborative care teams across the province this year, with St. Stephen the ninth announced so far.
