Roman Checkers was released in 1983 by Radio Shack. It's a two-player checkers game for the TRS-80 Color Computer. It’s Reversi … but with Roman icons. Always liked this game.

I got a TRS-80 CoCo II off a friend about a month ago. The RF output was atrocious so I got a composite mod off ebay. Really happy my sketchy solder skills were good enough to get it working.

Now I've just got to figure out what to do with this thing.

Brought this #Tandy #ColorComputer 2 back to life. The service guide was super helpful. First change the power transistor, hoping it was that, but it was the power regulator SALT chip. Thankfully, found it on eBay from the UK. #RetroComputing

Haven't posted about any projects in a bit! A while back I worked on RE'ing an old 1983 Tandy CoCo game called Downland. From it, I made an asm file that produces a byte-for-byte reproduction. Also ported the assembly to C and SDL3. #downland #tandy #colorcomputer #coco
