And their AI assistant sucks hard.
Problem solved in 15 minutes with a human tech. I spent that long just trying to get signed in to their damned AI support.

Just had a wild time tackling the Comcast demon that stole my Wi-Fi. After two trips to the store, I finally got an upgraded router and set up a new network. I was really frustrated with the bad service, and I need to try to calm down before my stream tonight.
