Right now, some of the TOP PUBLISHERS / performers on comicad.net have the lowest ad cost per day, like right NOW! This type of opportunity does not come up often. You could net 100K - 300k views for less than a buck. 😃 That's nuts! Support your fave artists today! #comicad #art #webcomics #comics

Another Friday means another #weeekend ahead of us. What creative plans do you all have lined up? My favorite part is the planning stages and storyboards, with Inking being a close second. Whatever your fave process may be, stay positive & inspired, from comicad.net! #art #comicad #comics #webcomics

Those are also on my list.
The advertiser ComicAd net is similar in format to the old Project Wonderful, but does not have nearly the same heavy hitters on it, and therefore not the same reach or value for money.

it works for me and has done for twenty years but I won't lie, I do not know how you would BUILD a new audience beyond throwing out ads on comicad and forming webrings with friends

Lately on my own site I've just been creating a HTML webpage rather than dealing with how Wordpress and other content management software becomes outdated and needs to be constantly updated. It was a chore to bring my old comic back online recently.

Heh, well, I'd advise you to go other social media sites like Reddit... but I can imagine you already have. Maybe most things are bad right now, just cus' how things are in general. Maybe paid stuff like Google Ads or ComicAd. Or wiki's like TVTropes. Lots of options... nothing really guaranteed...

💯 this! I used to get maybe $5 a month but I think they adjusted their rate last year and it went down to maybe $1. Per page view I think I make more through comicad network on my website, which is ridiculous. WT has no shame of course… but they should be embarrassed by the environment they created.

ComicAd is great because not only is it a good, valuable service that lets us help other comics get more reach, but every month or so we get enough money from it to buy ourselves a game. We got Kirby Air Riders from our ComicAd revenue! This is literally all I want in life

Also putting Comicad spots on www.speakdevil.com even though it's currently not running.
But if you haven't read my comic Speak of the Devil, it's about a big devil lady private eye, and it is a complete 3 act story.
