Karelian stew for #Finnish independence day. Beef and pork cooked in butter then stewed with allspice and bay leaf, onions and carrot. Kept stewing for 4 hours then served with boiled potatoes. Standard spices apply. #Finlandball approved. #food #cookingwithtatu #cooking
