Building back after my #Costochondritis diagnosis wasn’t easy. 3 months out the gym, then 3 months of light weights, I felt I was undoing all the hard work over the last 4 years.
But my strength is back, pain is less frequent & I’m not needing as many recovery days. Happy days!
