I follow this guide (Arkadyzja is teasing a newer netplay build but that's not out atm)
PCSX2 Netplay No Memcard
Document for games without memory cards PC CPU Prerequisite Windows>About your PC>Device specifications>Processor Search online: “[Processor model number] cpubenchmark” Average CPU Mark>Single Thread...

PCSX2 or a modded PS2, since it's a Japan only release.

if you don't feel like joining the discord there is a setup guide: docs.google.com/document/d/1...

If you're looking at performance I usually peruse cpubenchmark for a baseline. If you're looking for a GPU, my condolences

CPUbenchmark is damned near Methuselah in Internet years at this point

My first thought was to get a GPU, but I don't actually know the state of integrated graphics these days and if they'd be "good enough" for me

PC people: Is there a GPU comparison site that isn’t total dogshit? Something like CPUbenchmark but for graphics cards. All I can find are ones with dreadful search options and, my favourite so far, one that just seems to pick two for you and won’t let you change either selection.
I’ve been tasked with speccing out new desktop PCs for work and trying to compare all the GPU options is making me want to hyperventilate into a paper bag.
