Our renovations & extensions to our long-time studio in #ballarathouse, adding a roof terrace & mezzanine, utilising the lofty volume of the top floor of the century-old heritage-listed warehouse.

Where the old meets the new; the quirky app& compact apartments in our Majestic Theatre conversion to apartments, where each interior meets & opens the 470mm brick perimeter walls to let in light & make balconies.

Recent additions (DA by Lawton Hurley Architects) renew louvres, add 2 floors (1 setback), largely respectful of original intent (even redid odd western slab/louvres detail).
