Now THIS is what a customer-centric app is.
Most banks keep sending out warning emails about impersonation and scams.
Any app can implement this capability with a little coding + backend work (assuming their BE sensible enough): and yet Monzo is the first one I’ve heard do it.

I went from a chatbot, to a broken link, to a phone call with AI, to a conversation with an actual human being this morning, and that human being fixed my problem within 15 seconds. It took me 40 minutes to get to that 15 seconds. Don’t call this “customer-centric”. Just don’t.
