Rather than having the behemoth of a spider that was Henroin in the chair, Lana was bound, gagged, and slumped in the chair he often sat in with a dagger plunged into her right thigh with a note being stabbed through as well.

The second half was much, much better for the Redhawks, including a late 13-0 run that stuck a dagger in JMU. Final score: Miami 86-77. Both teams should have winning seasons and be competitive in their respective leagues.
The Miami Redhawks basketball team, undefeated last year in the regular season, is losing 41-35 at halftime at James Madison in the season opener. Team looks discombobulated, out of sync, and can’t block out to get the defensive rebound. JMU is getting the extra shots and are playing lights out.

I can tell you from very personal experience that this is a very bad idea. Short Round while very passive also has a liking for his comfort, and if you disrupt his comfort... Well hes 4X my size in real life. Lessons have been learned. And charlie. Dagger Claws. Very hurts. Bad Touch.

I’m perilously close to “finishing” the Horus Heresy (I have 9 books I’m skipping and 3 DNFs) so I could either start reading The Buried Dagger or go back and read the one billion short stories I skipped. Either way The Siege of Terra is looming.

Yes!!! This. I have a HC that the dagger is like the one ring (and that Solas hated that weapon). Even purified. So I wonder what might have been different if the orb never broke and Solas wasn't forced to kill Flemythal and then get the dagger.

Also have a fondness for the “Cloak and Dagger” Hot Wheels. (Though this will probably be the only time I remove the shells on these two).
