Supermicro (NASDAQ: SMCI) announced an expansion of its Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS) liquid cooling portfolio with ten Rear Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx) models for high-density AI and HPC infrastructure. The systems support cooling capacities from 10kW to 120kW per rack, with up to 240kW at rack level, and can serve as primary liquid cooling or integrate with Direct-to-Chip solutions.The RDHx units mount to standard EIA, ORv3, and MGX racks, targeting both new and legacy data centers without major facility changes. According to Supermicro, integrated offerings can include accelerated systems, rack-scale integration, facility power and cooling, management software, and deployment services to improve density, efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
