Mmm I know you feel £68 is decent for an inaugural and that does seem to be around the going rate, but I come back to Borders, Deanston 12, Meikle Toir, Ardnamurchan AD, Glen Garioch 12, Ledaig 10 and so on all under £50. I'd have to try this and really, really like it at £75 delivered.

If I'm ever in a place that sells bagels, sandwiches, etc, I'm not likely to choose ham as my filling. However, my wife got a ham bagel from Deanston Bakery and it was fucking incredible. Up there with the best I've ever had.

...It has to be said that the trio of sensory stories we poured and explored were among some of the best examples of single cask single malts from Deanston, Glen Garioch and Ledaig that I’ve sampled in quite some time. All in all, another epic evening of dramfotainment!

Some interesting fare tonight. I don't know why I don't drink more Deanston, these two are lovely. The Woodrows is a bit dirty as you would expect but the fruit is still all there. #whisky
