I have had beef with them for several years now bc of this below + the fact that they messed up my dental records and numbed the wrong side of my mouth before I got fillings done and were just like “oops? sorry?” after it happened

I hate that Lane & Associates are the Canes’ official dentist bc they suck. It’s a terrible business model. Dr. Lane buys independent practices and makes the dentists then pay him to rent out their chairs. No one should own a chain of dental practices. What is this, Wendy’s?!
