Hey - I just wanted to say that last year I asked Councilor Kanal to look into an abandoned massive housing project in my neighborhood, and not only did he look into it, the city funded the gap with some of that extra housing money - so now a new developer will actually finish the project this year.

The value proposition of a publisher is that they can fund games that wouldn't otherwise be funded and help games reach an audience that they wouldn't otherwise reach. If a developer has to build half a game and prove that the game has an audience, they do not *need* a publisher, just funding
