When the Wolf comes Home was my fav so far, loved the gore and the horror and the tragedy of it all.
The Seep was a breath of fresh air, process of grief in a society so different from ours.
Dltfi was fun, loved the art and monsters, found the ending a bit weaker though.

Irritating parts like anything else (mostly the knights of moralis who are incredibly annoying imo and im sorry I really don't think the sa chapter was handled well). I think I just really hate glazing escaping containment. DLTFI also keeps popping up all over the place for me.

I did!! It was... Plant horror? Idk but I really enjoyed it. I stayed up too late some nights bc I wanted to know what happened next. I need to read DLTFI still. It's currently sitting on a comforting pile of books.

I said I was going to take a break from 2024 books, but this one is a sci-fantasy murder mystery with plenty of plant horror. So it feels like the natural next step after DLTFI left me with an aching for a good mystery.

people really think that DLTFI *is* originally a fanfic. Haven't read it yet so cannot share my informed opinion but I would like to think the author would change the name of both the characters in the ship, not leave one the same as in the source if that makes sense.
