Yesterday I finally got to try airag, Mongolian fermented mare’s milk. It was GOOD! Reminded me so much of doogh, the savory Iranian yogurt drink.
I wanted to drink more of it, but I’m newly allergic to animal milks, so…😣 Only a few sips.
