I've almost dpme with revising the PR guidelines, have divided them up to 4 categories:-

on the upside i got to pretty much work a full day at least as far as it goes; the stuff i was working on i got like 90% dpme; my hands and arms and wrists hurt but i felt good enough to go through and see at least a big handful of y'all again and to leave some love if i could. :) i love you all.
