Today's second edit pass for chapter 26 of #Dragon'sBlood! was fuelled by spherical snacks of the chocolate variety, and Shania Twain's sultry voice. So close to final chapter 30!!

Chapter 18 second editing pass: complete.
I have run out of chocolate! Tragedy! Chips will have to suffice until chocolate is reacquired...

Hi #Critterary!
As one can imagine whilst writing a novel named #Dragon'sBlood, I write a lot about dragons! I was a HUGE fan of dinosaurs growing up, so when I started reading fantasy books, dragons were the logical progression there! My book also includes golems, cervitaurs, & War Geese!

I have FINISHED the second editing pass of the FINAL CHAPTER of #Dragon'sBlood!!!

I... don't know what to do now. Beta readers? Querying? Start posting chapters on #RoyalRoad?

Any advice, other authors out there?

Here's a #WIPSnips from chapter 13 of #Dragon'sBlood. Dungeons are a pretty common occurrence in #LitRPG and #GameLit
#WritingCommunity #BookSky
A shower of dust erupted as the cave wall came tumbling down. I coughed and beat my wings to clear the air. A dark gaping hole loomed where the wall once was. I approached and stuck my head through. A long, straight tunnel stretched off into the pitch darkness. A lava tube. Where there was one, there were bound to be more. This place was probably riddled with caves and tunnels from long passed lava flows. I grinned. This would be my edge. This was how I would crush the humans. “I’m going to make a dungeon,” I hissed into the darkness.

Struggled to start editing #Dragon'sBlood today, so I drew the main character, Seyrak-tohlys in her chibi form instead!

Progress on #Dragon'sBlood edit has been stymied as I recover from an illness that makes me unable to sit down for long periods of time!
Will attempt further editing whilst laying on my face in bed instead...

I have loved dragons for so long and I am now writing a novel about being a dragon!
#Dragon'sBlood is a #LitRPG about a young woman who becomes the first person to play as a dragon in a full immersion VR video game called Chelonia Online. Transhumanism and found family themes!

A digital art piece. A side portrait of the head of a vibrant purple dragon from my novel Dragon's Blood. Her name is Lanalt-hilin. She's a storm wielder! She wears a smirk, has six nostrils, long spiny scales, a fin around the back of her jaw, and long, straight horns. A digital art piece. A portrait of the artist wearing a purple sweater. I'm looking down and to the left and have a finger raised to scratch the chin of a cat-sized dragon sitting on my shoulder. His name is Coppeflame and he's green with a pale belly and blue inside his mouth. His tongue is hanging out and his eyes are mostly closed in pleasure at the scritches. His tail is curled around my neck. A black logo on white. A stylised dragon raises its head to the right. Its wings curl down to encircling a cracked egg. An acrylic painting - Fanart of the Temeraire series by Naomi Novik. A snowy mountain in the background with golden light on its slopes. In the middle ground is the foot of a hill and a curving lake. Several tiny humans in military green lounge in the grass. At the water's edge is a large red dragon (Maximus) who seems upset at the water, and a blue and gold dragon (Lily) who is dipping a toe in. A small bown and purple dragon (Levitas) has launched into the water in glee. A large, happy, black and mottled blue dragon (Temeraire) already lounge in the lake. A branch with several leaves is in the foreground.
