My Draw-Tober catch up on Bluesky continues. Here's Street wise amateur boy detective "Dreadlock Holmes". First appearing in the other kids comic in the UK "The Dandy" in 2004. But I have a feeling Dreadlock appeared before the 00s.

Unfortunately the Dandy stopped publishing in 2012 meaning no more Dreadlock Holmes comics. However each year DC Thompson sells a Dandy Annual at Christmas and guess who was on the front cover of this year's annual! 😄

He was created as a Multi -cultural character aimed at modernizing the Dandy and for the 7-10 year old demographic. The comic mostly involve our Amateur sleuth Dreadlock solving mysteries with the help of his Family and friends. No Murders or gang killings though, come on it's a Kids Comic.
