Do think the top recruit of the assembly Dems in Wisconsin for this cycle was Ben Gruber in AD-51 (Driftless area in southwestern WI). Stellar resume - guy's been a police officer, paramedic, firefighter, and game warden - and he took a notoriously hard-to-beat Republican to the cleaners.

there's just so many different shifts to drill down on. the Callais backlash has produced some of the most stunning shifts i've ever seen, of course. the complete reversal of predominantly Hispanic counties in Texas. the Driftless Area is on the verge of going all-blue.

Tiffany actually held up reasonably well in many of the rurals, particular in northern WI in his district. Driftless area was notably not as good for him.
But he got utterly annihilated by David Crowley in the urban centers and many suburbs.
