I don’t have an analysis of print vs. PDF sales - sorry. Drivethru says they do one but I dOn’t understand it.
I’ll admit these numbers surprised me. The delux version was done as an exercise and as a bit of a piss-take TBH. I think sixty quid for a book is a LOT.

I have the A4 hardback via Drivethru, I'm sure I paid a lot less than that for it. Maybe it was in one of their sporadic sales? I also have the hardback version of Code of Wizardry. I bought them as an alternative to the steampunk version for the group I was with, but they went back to board games.

It should be noted that the Deluxe colour price has probably increased more over that time.
The price differential may have been much smaller earlier in the run.
IIRC UK drivethru had a price change where colour went up but b&w went down a year or two ago.
