Lol, I've gotten a handful of non-ABDLs to poop their diapers, but usually by then they're at least calling themselves ABDL curious, if not fledgling ABDLs

Soaking your Huggies is a gateway drug to loading them, which is a gateway drug to regression 🙂‍↕️

Doses land too low too, and that failure is quieter. Nusinersen was approved in 2016 for SMA at 12 mg. On Mar 30, 2026 the FDA approved a higher regimen of the same drug: two 50 mg loading doses, then 28 mg every four months. (7/8)

Ultomiris blocks a protein called C5, part of the complement system, an early-response part of the immune system that can fire against the body's own tissue, and it's the first drug of that kind approved for IgAN. It's given as an IV infusion every 8 weeks after a loading dose.

WO2026201138A1 describes an EGFR-VHH/HER3 bispecific ADC with optimised drug loading. In SW620 xenografts, a single 10 mg/kg dose achieved 93.45% TGI, with regression in all six animals and partial responses in two at endpoint. Added EGFR-arm benefit over HER3-only ADCs remains unproven.

Quality trumps proximity to a hospital · Ankle fracture: Surgery isn't always necessary · Female brains recover differently · Multiple sclerosis: Drug reverses paralysis · Second opinion now also available for left heart catheterization
🎧 40/26 English Audio Edition
The provided weekly briefing highlights recent advancements and discussions across medicine, technology, and public health. A notable trend report reveals that patients prioritize **treatment outcomes** over clinic proximity when selecting a hospital. In orthopedics, new guidelines suggest that certain ankle fractures can heal successfully with **early physical loading** rather than rigid immobilization or immediate surgery. Research involving anesthesia recovery demonstrates that **brain immune cells** facilitate neural rewiring specifically in female subjects. Additionally, experimental treatments utilizing specific drug compounds show potential in **reversing paralysis** in multiple sclerosis models, while regulatory updates now grant patients the right to seek a **second medical opinion** prior to undergoing elective heart catheterizations.
