Today is 💉 day! My dr. reduced my shots from 100ml/18 days to 75ml/14 days. I've had 3️⃣ shots @ that level since the change was made. I've not lifted in that month either.
Starting today, I'll take a dropper of the #AirSign formula twice/day.
I hope to maintain my testosterone levels ⬇️
