Look at the current results for the ballot initiative to reopen the "great highway" in San Francisco to cars after it was turned into a park. The people who live right on the former road like the park. The people on either side of it who would drive through are the only ones who want it to reopen.

For this week's #PostProcess #DuoTonechallenge, I changed to B&W, increased contrast, increased texture of the striped dunes, made curve adjustments in blue and green channels, applied negative vignette, and flipped image for just for fun. (Edits in Lightroom).

The geography of this is wild. The west side was strongly against establishing Sunset Dunes 2 years ago. Now it’s much closer, with many Outer Sunset precincts in support. Great to see!
Measure G results. A “no” vote supports keeping the park. A “yes” vote supports reopening the road to cars. Measure K results from 2024. A yes vote supports permanently closing the road and establishing sunset dunes park.
