Sorsby Fundus Dystrophy is a rare inherited retinal disease caused by TIMP3 mutations. It resembles macular degeneration but typically starts decades earlier, in a person's 30s to 50s.

It looks like he has something called hyper lumbar lordosis. In horses is might be called swayback.
I have FSH muscular dystrophy & mild lordosis. Here's an example. Similar issue. Not sure wtf is causing his, but, poor posture & putting extreme tension on some his muscles but not others

As somebody who watched his little brother die slowly of muscular dystrophy I must admit I cannot understand the desire to Seek Out Video of human suffering. Seems almost puerile, frankly.
