This was a constant thing for the post 2008 workforce enterer, companies just flat out told you that they expected you to take on the cost of training and upskilling because they could easily replace you. Just get more degrees or expensive certs on your own dime.

This is the clutter scale we (pretend to) use at work, and is fairly standard for property management as far as I can tell. As a big time home-enterer, a 1 is a rarity and a gift, I imagine movers feel the same.

Personally it was studying Buddhism that helped me see the world differently. Stream enterer. Has some philosophy that makes a lot of sense.
