There are also ways to equip tractors with hot-swappable batteries (using the front loader / front weights iirc) so they could have near zero downtime and replacing PTOs with ePTO is also going to open up a lot of interesting possibilities.

The SAIC range are also worth looking at - not nearly as pretty but for a direct Transit replacement the eDeliver 7 is a great option. (I like them because they have ePTO but that is a niche concern)
