qwerty-fr c'est les même keycaps que qwerty c'est ça ? (changer le layout logiciel aucun pb) Pour le prix je commence à regarder côté production et livraison, mais vu le nombre de touches ça sera malheureusement cher, dans la range des ergodox/moonlander, etc. genre 250-300€

ya that one has been a temptation for awhile. Hard to choose between that and zsa voyager for the sake of portability (i currently bring my ergodox everywhere, even cafes, etc.)

as silly as it may seem to spend $375 on a keyboard, my zsa ergodox ez is still going strong with heavy daily usage for 10 years. It’s the only keeb I’ve bought in 10 years while I’ve gone through many more computers, headphones, everything else

I like my Kinesis Freestyle Pro; unfortunately, they only make the gamer version now (which means LED keys). it's about the only split mechanical keyboard I'm aware of that uses a standard layout instead of doing gimmicky shit like the ErgoDox (which has more thumb swivel than I can tolerate).

Sonst Kinesis. Über 10 Jahre sehr zufrieden mit der Freestyle 2, bis ich ich mit Stenotypie angefangen habe.

i did have to rethink my thumb cluster mappings, as the way my thumb hit the keys was very different from ergodox.
with ergodox, i kinda end up “chopping” the key with my thumb, but on dactyl, it’s more like curling my thumb in laterally towards my other fingers

coming from ergodox, it was a fairly smooth adjustment! i switch between dactyl at work and ergodox at home without issue.
they custom print it to fit based on a photo of your hands, so my fingers land on all the keys quite naturally.

having it be sculpted made a much bigger difference than i imagined!
i didn’t get along with my LP corne but i think that’s partially skill issue

i have a sofle (basically the lily, i forget the minor difference) and a pinky 3; both feel more usable than the ergodox specifically because they don't have 20 keys i feel compelled to put stuff on but can't actually reach

for this i kinda like the tactile bump that the ergodox has with cherry browns but i want it to be much quieter. i don't know of many switches the ttc silent ones are probably good for what i want. maybe i just stick with linear idk
