I have poor grammar and am bad at spotting errors in my own writing, so glass houses and such - but this is the second OUP book I’ve been reading recently with numerous errors.

AI is still notably deficient at spatial stuff compared to its other fluencies, because it's only ever had all this stuff described second-hand in books. So it is still prone to make all sorts of physically impossible errors.
But an underdeveloped sense is far different from no sense.

Hate to pick at Catley who has been mint at CB for good while now and Ona being on her wrongside (however which way you look at that) is far from ideal. Those errors are more 'controllable' than any of the defencies we're suffering in attack.
