Procurava humanos, mas encontrei os aliens fofos do #SuperMetroid. 🎮
Que sorte que estavam presos, talvez isso os tenha salvo de serem absorvidos pelo parasita #X. 🦠
É fofo a #Samus recordar dos #etecoons e do #Dachora.

ya know that adorable part in Metroid Fusion where Samus receives a radio transmission from the Etecoons & Dachoras animals? I couldn't find a high quality video file of it so I made it

-etecoons in. At least with Etecoons, you can look at your map if you have found a room marked with an X, but you have to go into each sector individually to find them. Reserve-X, good luck. There's genuinely no sign whether you've obtained it or not for a sector. Not very good for cleanup, honestly

The bad guys in the Ravenous reveal are just 3 etecoons in a trenchcoat.

It's pretty much canon that Samus is fond of cute critters! And there's also the Dachora and Etecoons, the friendly animals from Super Metroid that teach abilities to Samus, and she saved them when Zebes exploded as seen in Fusion, which shows that rescuing them in SM is in fact the canonical ending

I hope at some point MercurySteam can bring Pyonchu to canon, doubt it would happen in Ravenous.
Most likely scenario would be Super or Fusion due to the Etecoons and Dechora(s)

I don't care what happens in this new Metroid as long as Samus gets home in time to feed the Etecoons and Dachoras.

In the first panel of the last page, the silhouette of the two etecoons behind Samus gives the impression of her giant varia suit shoulders, very cool.

I am absolutely obsessed with the framing of Samus when Raven Beak clenches his fist and says "Power"
Because the ears of the etecoons Samus is playing and the position of their heads make her look like she has Varia Suit pauldrons
And on top of all that, it's RAVEN BEAK'S POV for that
Incredible

It’s so cool seeing how you’re integrating Raven Beak into Samus’s backstory. Also, cute etecoons! Although I guess Raven Beak wouldn’t save the animals…

I had her playing with etecoons so she looks like just 'another monkey' to that grouchy Raven - if killing the animals added time to his speedrun I think he'd do it gladly 😭

My fav close-up shot of Samus and Etecoons💙
This is the way I really want to draw her, and not as a boring 'badass&se🍑y' cliché for 'maleGaze'.. 😖 eww..
Also feathered Samus is everything 😈😈😈🪶

…and get to your ship ahead of the fireworks (but be sure to save Dachola and the Etecoons!)
The sheer range of emotions—the intense fight, the agonizing helplessness, then hope, apprehension, fear, tragedy, and vengeance in succession, then the frantic escape and catharsis of the ending? 🤌

The Etecoons do.

The Etecoons do.
I think it goes a bit far to say Samus blows up Zebes. That's on the Space Pirates, or probably on Mother Brain herself. I'm sure plenty of non-pirate creatures beyond the tatori and shaktool die, but Samus really has the time to save the etecoons and dachora.
