Source code currently only lives at forge.strawmelonjuice.nl/lillianrose/... . I apparently forgot to license it but it'll be EUPL eventually. It passes all meaningful OIDF compliance tests but hopefully I can get some better automated testing for this soon

Very interesting statement here in a blog post about a developer adopting the EUPL. I don't disagree, but this certainly hasn't been a popular opinion in OSS circles for a bit. The vibe may well be changing. (Emphasis mine.)
