#exercise-induced
it does however mean that I am at an increased (still low) risk of exercise induced anaphylactic shock which wasnt fun to learn about lol

Your assumptions are as reasonable as any but this exercise also just highlights how all of the modeling of this bill is a product of the modeler's assumptions.

It's good to have an approach out there that captures the potential for induced demand and a supply response on the fossil side.

Good stuff! And dovetails with what I've been thinking about lately... the more the "training data" of LLM's expands to incorporate the "intellect" of human experience, the more innovation and creativity becomes and exercise in discerning which algo induced patters are interesting and why (1/2)
1. A quick thread to summarize my and Cosma's new piece on LLMs as Homeric songs at the Economist. The piece has its origins in bactra.org/weblog/feral... and this fantastic article by Murray Shanahan et al, which we couldn't link as we would have liked www.nature.com/articles/s41...

This morning's effort, a threshold run. Three repeats of 7 minutes at 5:45/km. I kept it reasonably flat and I think I enjoyed it. I had to get my inhaler out when I got home. The joys of exercise induced asthma. Oh the Zombies, Run mission was good too.

yeah it's ridiculous that exercise is seen as a cure-all when there are health conditions that are literally exercise-induced. like maybe i would be able to exercise. if we treated the condition First

Maybe? A doctor once suggested I might have exercise-induced asthma, but I never got diagnosed or anything. I was with my ex at the time and when I mentioned it to him, he completely dismissed the possibility so I never pursued anything

On the basis of the limited literature on the topic, we found no evidence of differential muscle hypertrophy between the two exercise selections. Strength gains appear to follow the principle of specificity.

My biggest obstacle, I’m allergic to exercise. Exercise induced urticaria. Second biggest obstacle is my executive function. Because it’s something I want to do, I feel confident I can start it. But if the routine is too intense and triggers hives, or it bores me, it will be hard to continue.

According to the veterinary journalist column, there is a relationship between racing ability and exercise-induced pulmonary hemorrhage. The incidence rate is statistically 75%, though most cases do not result in visible bleeding from the nostrils. 🤔🔬

Someone recently told me that when feeling out of breath like that, you sometimes need to actually push all the air out because it may be CO2 build up taking up the space in your lungs🤔 (havent tried it yet, but i have exercise induced asthma and get that feeling of desperately trying to get air😭)

2027 Makeup Trends: Blush Placement and Matte Skin Shifts
The primary visible shift in 2027 makeup trends is the migration of color intensity from the eyelid to the cheekbone, specifically through the extension of blush placement. Rather than treating blush as a subtle flush on the apple of the cheek, the technique involves applying pigment higher onto the temple and down the bridge of the nose. This geometric expansion creates a visual effect of natural, exercise-induced heat, a departure from the controlled, localized color of previous seasons. The variable controlling this result is not the shade of the product, but its physical placement relative to the facial bone structure, allowing a single wash of color to simulate depth and vitality across a wider surface area. Simultaneously, the finish of the skin has undergone a textural adjustment. The ubiquitous dewy, glass-skin look has given way to a velvet matte base. This change is operationalized by keeping the foundation and base layers neutral and low-shine, while confining brightness to precise, point-based highlights. The visual goal is a tactile softness that reads as natural skin rather than a coated surface, where light reflects off specific high points-cheekbones, brow bones, and the cupid's bow-instead of diffusing across the entire face. On the eyes, the technique emphasizes opacity over line work. Visagists are replacing sharp, graphic winged eyeliner with semi-transparent, watercolor-like shadow applications. This is achieved by using fingertips to press pastel or muted blue and plum tones into the eyelid, creating a diffuse, glowing effect that lacks hard edges. For those seeking contrast without complex application, colored mascara in shades of blue or plum serves as a standalone accent, creating a visual pop against the iris without the need for additional shadow work. The limitation here is that these soft, diffused effects rely heavily on the specific light of the setting; the "watercolor" effect requires adequate illumination to appear luminous rather than merely dirty, and the velvet matte skin requires careful hydration to avoid a dry, flat appearance.

Crazy to think all I needed to do to feel good about my body is be in the gym/exercise 10 hours a week and toil over my calorie intake. (I understand not everyone has this experience)

Being free from my self induced shell has been a big part of it too. Being more me is so freeing. Who knew.
I guess I’ll use this as a thread for my thoughts on my coming out journey. If anyone cares.

It was pride weekend here this past weekend and I have yet to attend events. But the fact that I actually what to feels good and that I’m opening up. Next year
So I’ve come out to a few more friends recently and as cliche as it is/sounds, it feels like I’m chipping away at my self induced solid marble block and finally seeing the form take shape. It’s both challenging and liberating at the same time.
Gonna keep chipping away.

Experts in **sleep medicine** emphasize that adequate rest should be treated as a crucial health measure, alongside proper nutrition and exercise, warning that performance and health inevitably suffer when rest is restricted. In oncology, researchers are investigating **cancer-induced cachexia** , a severe muscle-wasting condition driven by tumor-released inflammatory signals that significantly contributes to mortality rates, by targeting underlying molecular pathways rather than just managing symptoms. Additionally, recent agricultural research demonstrates that **elevated carbon dioxide levels** significantly alter the protein composition of wheat, impacting baking quality and potential digestive tolerance, which highlights the need for crop breeding strategies to focus on nutritional and qualitative traits rather than mere harvest volume.
