I was testing out Beam Eyetrack which is a cheap bit of software that turns your webcam into a head and eyetracker. I just realised how many stupid expression I pull when trying to make a camera get a clear view of what im looking at.

Love this game to the death. Even if I was raging when trying to get 9.0 clear. MVP weapons for me were the Eyetrack Orbitars, Rose Staff, Skyscraper Club, Phoenix Arm, Predator Cannon, Crusader Blade and Cutter Palm.

Index still solid if you find it used or replace the face. Lots of used vives out there. Mixed VR w/ Quest 2/3 is affordable and wireless is cool. I got mixed VR with the PS VR2 headset, a direct upgrade to index. Better FOV, Higher Res, OLED, Eyetrack W/ custom driver & 1/2 the weight. Mixed tho.

The final version of my eyetrack solution for my Pico 4 is nearly done and I swear everything has been conspiring against me in the home straight.

Printer developing new failures, learning that my project isn't symmetrical throwing off the angles, parts going missing... It's all been a huge pain.

I'm really hoping my "No-one has done it this way before" set up for the IR emitters for Eyetrack VR is because i'm a genius and not the more likely scenario that it's because it's a bit crap.
