Yeah I’ve always had a really good memory. It’s small enough gaps that if I was used to being a bit forgetful I might not have noticed, but I’ve also never gotten blackout drunk - I might forget details or let people blame my mild faceblindness on the booze on occasion but… I remember what happened.

How about someone with, say, faceblindness and memory issues who can't remember which actor is playing which character?

I don't recognise him, but this is normal. I assume faceblindness, smile back. Hide the anxiety. "I've been away, nice to see you, how's it with you?" Hoping recognition will dawn.

my faceblindness isnt the worst, but its still something I deal with. I think the thing about cartoon drawings that I really like is how much attention is given to making each character distinct. IRL, actors strive for the same face and same body types, so nothing stands out! So annoying.

yeah this is secret lore but tart was cursed with faceblindness as a cost for being revived, its especially bad w humans but less for other spoken races. so i think like with sphene, fais face would be clear to him
