You have to lay it on its neck. It doesn’t default that way for some reason. I had to cut the ears off because they were leaving indentions in my hoods. If you want the file with the ears cut off I can probably get that to you.

I have heard from a GB tutorial that Facebuilder isn't the best at this stuff, but your work is proving that wrong I think. A technique I used for my Jerma model is base the head model from one video and make the texture from another and apply it there.

If you do the sealed version (that’s what I used) make sure you lay the model flat on the neck. It doesn’t default that way for some reason. I recommend critical supports for earlobes and right nostril.
