keentools posted a video on Instagram where they used ChatGPT to create a python script that generated what was basically a cube for them in blender and it was so stupid it had to be a joke..

but they deleted the video so now I’m actually not sure it was a joke.. 😓

this is niche among niches, but any #vfx peeps out there who do 3D tracking and integration, have used keentools or know of them, and also happen to be #houdini perverts, this is very cool news!

After feedback on uncanny valley, I developed a new workflow to improve realism. I extracted Lars’ facial textures from photos and applied them to a MetaHuman, replacing defaults. The base mesh uses a multi-image face scan (KeenTools), mapped via ZWrap, resulting in a more realistic Lars 2.0.
