I just scanned my drivers license instead of the facescan and it works, but i'm not sure why discord is hell bent on using facescans.

one of the reasons why realism isn't always the best choice for video game art direction is because facescans can go so so so badly.
trish dmc5 and miranda mass effect come to mind. both have gorgeous face models, but their features don't translate to 3d models at ALL
