Lavender had no idea that she had to "babysit" some young ZFP(Zoq-Fot-Pik), so for their own protection, she encased them in stasis bubbles. This is the safest of Lavender's inventions, as the solution induces an effect like stasis. Popping the bubbles releases the encased from their temporary stasis, only these doe not come with the usual grogginess of stepping out of a stasis chamber. Rusty's genealogist father, Carmine, had the terrible tendency to be extra-clumsy when he has to get something in a rush. Especially when Rusty was a baby. This time, he had forgotten that Rusty's milk bottle was right beside him and he knocked it over looking for it. This has happened more times than even Scarlet(Rusty's mother) would have liked. Whenever VIV got sick with a "VUX-cold"(a common illness which causes the VUX's proboscis to swell to the point where speech becomes difficult), Rusty stayed by the old VUX's side until she got better. It's the least he can do to repay her back for her kindness.
