This week on Warp My Tardis, KJ the Comic Guy and Security Dan reflect on a series of significant losses across science fiction, animation, and fandom culture. The hosts pay tribute to Walter Koenig, beloved for his role as Chekov in Star Trek and Alfred Bester in Babylon 5; Tom Skerritt, whose iconic performances shaped generations of sci-fi and film fans; and celebrated voice actor Eric Bauza, whose work helped carry forward the legacy of beloved animated characters. The conversation then turns to the future of fandom as the team explores the reported end of BioWare, the legacy of Mass Effect and Dragon Age, and what the studio's impact means for gaming history. They also discuss developments at Wizards of the Coast, the state of tabletop roleplaying games, emerging RPG systems, and exciting new projects inspired by Terry Pratchett, Coriolis, and Sword World.  Join us for a thoughtful and heartfelt discussion about the creators, characters, and stories that shaped geek culture, and why their influence will continue to inspire fans for generations to come.
