Oktober statt. 2026 steht sie unter dem Motto „Miteinander statt nebeneinander – für eine Gesellschaft, in der jede Psyche zählt“. Hinter der Aktionswoche steht das Aktionsbündnis Seelische Gesundheit, eine bundesweite Initiative, die 2006 ins Leben gerufen wurde. Im Bündnis haben sich über 190 Mitgliedsorganisationen zusammengeschlossen, darunter vor allem Selbsthilfeverbände von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen und ihren Angehörigen. Gemeinsam setzen sie sich für ein Miteinander ein, das niemanden ausklammert. Gerade Menschen mit schweren psychischen Erkrankungen brauchen wirksame Unterstützung und gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz ohne Stigmatisierung. Die Erhaltung der psychischen Stabilität ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung für ein zufriedenes Leben in der Gesellschaft.
