had a really rough (in a good/productive way) therapy session today so i finally caved and bought myself a little treat bc i've been denying myself those lately. so i have new fidgets coming soon :)

As we handed out candy (and squishy fidgets and glow wands) tonight, neighbor and I were talking about how we like Halloween more as adults than we did as kids. Because it embodies *community* and *collective* joy even more than the holidays that are expressly about giving and gratitude

Nope, taking my ADHD meds with breakfast doesn't seem to be as effective as waiting an hour.
This is expected, since nearly all my food is fortified and high vitamin C affects the absorption of ADHD meds.

We've become the "3d printer house" because we decided to give away little 3d printed animals (zou3d on patreon makes such cute things), fidgets, etc. Almost as many parents as kids end up taking one, and that't totally fine because Halloween is supposed to be about having fun and seeing neighbors.

Had fun sorting through the kid's candy tonight, but we (parents and kid) are always most excited by the stickers, fidgets, etc. And then we try to remember which house they came from but it's always a blur.
