What a deer little creature. What are Gulf Coast sheep like? I suspect dual purpose meat/wool? Not a finewool but still serviceable enough for sturdy stuffs, I guess?

Creative design, colour palette and vision .. but the knitting and structure of this is really basic.
Durability would be *highly* dependent on the fibre preparation and I imagine have a lot to do with the wool staple length. Finewool roving will indeed pill badly if knit with minimal-to-zero twist

I sold my finewool crosses (Rambouillet/Suffolk) at about that weight at about that price. Allowing for living in a much more expensive area now, I was expecting the ~$450 range including kill but not cut/wrap.
