Okay. Last week I told you I was going to flood you with Norwegian Fjords pictures. I still will but, to be honest, within a couple of days of being back in the office, I got itchy feet again, and by Wednesday I had convinced Mandie we really needed a road trip this past weekend. Beautiful weather, and a tough week at work, meant that self care was in urgent need.

Welcome to May everyone. Hope you all had a lovely week last week. Weather here has been stupendous, although arguably a little to far on the wrong side of warm for my liking. Still, better than the alternative, although I'm sure the farmers will be wishing for a decent few raindrops sometime soon enough. I made the most of the lovely weather and went for a walk every day, but tried not to linger, so pictures were a little scarce.

Well that week disappeared pretty quickly, don't you think? Admittedly, the final two weekdays were spent in Glasgow so, between train journeys, long walks, and a trip to the theatre, they really motored through, but still. Can't believe it's Monday again. A bit of an odd one for me as well as right now I'm not sure if I am still doing my old job, starting my new one, or something somewhere between the two.
