📌 The scheme was used to pay for war-related goods and purchases for Russian security forces. Initially, A7 transferred funds through Kyrgyzstan, and some of its operations to the UAE.

ℹ️ The payments included Standard Chartered, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and First Abu Dhabi Bank.
