The 2nd is the “Mother of the Parks” statue of Mary Schenley for Flagstaff Hill. According to 1895 articles, it was to feature a triumphal arch with a statue of Schenley at its center. For unknown reasons it never appeared. Today, Flagstaff Hill is still a popular (and recently updated) space.
