no no, this is going to be fantastic. there's nothing better than well-fatted root veg that's been roasted to caramelization. I make roast veg with olive oil all winter long, add store-bought felafel at the end, and it's great with flatbread.

Had a quick go at making a less complicated #gluten-free flatbread pizza (previous GF pizza dough recipe was a failure).

Totally viable quick recipe:

175g gluten free plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
150g soured cream
1/2 tsp salt

5mins a side in a skillet on medium heat, then add toppings+grill.
GF dough sitting in the bowl Sliced up GF pizza, slightly browned edges, cheese and tomato top it.
