yeah it does seem kinda hollow, I don’t think I really wanna be lusted after by the sort of audience you get from doing that. but it’s like, the idea of being genuinely wanted, of mutual attraction, feels so far out of resch that I’m like “maybe I can trick myself into liking the anonymous flattery”
