Lastly I say sex negative because the FMCs often don’t exhibit agency or curiosity around their own pleasure and consent. And again I get that there’s space for that HOWEVER, if I then open more space to discuss consensual pleasure and fetishes that’s suddenly gross. WHAT ARE WE DOING???

The FMCS has a statutorily mandated role in helping unions and employers reach collective bargaining agreements. Unions must notify FMCS before they strike over a bargaining dispute - and then the agency can force the employer to come to the table to try to work things out.
